Services & Scope
Logos Logistics LLC is a Phoenix, Arizona-based owner-operated interstate motor carrier providing the following freight transportation services:
- Full Truckload (FTL): Dedicated dry van capacity for direct origin-to-destination shipments across 48 contiguous states.
- Flatbed Freight: Open-deck transportation for oversized, heavy, or specialized cargo requiring non-enclosed trailers.
- Reefer / Temperature-Controlled: Refrigerated trailer solutions for freight requiring consistent temperature management throughout transit.
Any freight quotes, rate estimates, lane proposals, or capacity confirmations communicated through this website, by email, or by phone are non-binding estimates only. No freight service agreement, carrier commitment, or contractual obligation is created until a formal broker-carrier agreement, rate confirmation, or load tender has been executed in writing by an authorized representative of Logos Logistics LLC.
Section 02
User Conduct
By submitting information through any form, contact request, or quote inquiry on this website, you agree to the following standards of conduct:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all freight quote requests, including origin, destination, commodity type, weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements.
- You will provide accurate contact and business details when submitting a shipper inquiry, including valid company name, email address, and phone number.
- You will not submit false, misleading, or fabricated information in driver intake forms, contact forms, or any other submission on this site.
- You will not use this website or its forms to solicit competing carriers, conduct market research on behalf of competitors, or gather rate intelligence for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- You will not submit automated, scripted, or bot-generated requests through any form on this site.
Logos Logistics reserves the right to disregard, decline, or remove any submission that appears to contain inaccurate or bad-faith information without notice or obligation.
Section 03
Driver Applications
CDL driver applications submitted through this website or linked third-party forms are expressions of interest only. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment, an implied contract, or any guarantee of a position with Logos Logistics LLC.
- All applicants must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by a U.S. state authority and must be eligible to operate commercial motor vehicles under applicable federal and state law.
- Employment or engagement as an independent contractor is contingent upon successful completion of Logos Logistics’ internal review process, including verification of driving history, safety record, and references.
- All drivers must independently meet and maintain compliance with all applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, including but not limited to medical certification, hours-of-service rules, and drug & alcohol testing requirements. Logos Logistics does not provide DOT or FMCSA clearance on behalf of applicants.
- Logos Logistics LLC reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion, without explanation or obligation.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to the Logos Logistics name and wordmark, logo, truck and fleet photography, website design, layout, source code, copy, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Logos Logistics LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express prior written consent from Logos Logistics LLC.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of any content, imagery, rate data, or contact information from this website is strictly prohibited.
- Fleet photography and brand assets may not be used in any commercial, marketing, or competitive context without written authorization.
- Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable federal and state law.
